Event - Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the event be held?

The event will be held at the iconic Aloha Tower in Downtown Honolulu for the first 3 days, while the Graduation Ceremony and Celebration will be held at Ka Lewa Lanai in the Royal Hawaiian Center, located in Waikiki.

How do I purchase tickets for the event?

Please note that Event Tickets and Graduation Ceremony and Celebration Tickets are separate. You will only be able to purchase a Graduation Ticket after purchasing an Event Ticket. To purchase an Event Ticket, click the ‘Tickets’ button at the top right of the website screen. You will be taken to the Buy Tickets section; then click ‘Buy Now’. This will add the ticket to your cart. Once you purchase a ticket, you will receive order confirmation details and gain automatic access to all features on the event website, as well as access to exclusive offers and to purchase your Graduation Tickets. 

Are there any age restrictions for attendees?

Although there are no age restrictions for attendees, the event is mostly suitable for aspiring or current holistic health practitioners. The Graduation Ceremony and Evening Event is open to all.

Is there parking available near the venue?

Yes, there is parking available at Aloha Tower at the Irwin Self-Park Facility. 

What other transport options are there?

Shuttle Service: Quantum University has organized a convenient shuttle bus which will leave the Outrigger Reef Hotel in Waikiki on October 18, 19 and 20 at 7:00 am Sharp. The Shuttle will pick attendees back up at 6:30 PM from Aloha Tower, returning back to the Outrigger Reef Hotel. If you would like to reserve your seat on the bus, visit the ‘Shuttle Service‘ Page. Submit your name to secure your seat as spaces are limited and will close when capacity is reached.

Uber/Taxi: You could organize an Uber or Taxi to take you to and from the event. The address is 1 Aloha Tower Drive Honolulu, HI 96813.

Will food or meals be provided at the event?

Yes, breakfast snacks and lunch will be available to attendees during the event, and dinner is provided on day four at the Graduation Celebration and Evening Luau. 

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?

Yes, you can bring your own food to the event if you wish. There are also surrounding restaurants and cafes where you can purchase additional food and snacks.

What is the dress code for the event?

Smart casual is acceptable at the event. There will be some videography and photography at the event.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, please email us if you have any specific requirements at [email protected].

Can I bring my family or partner to the event?

Yes, you can bring as many family members or friends to the event as you like, but they will need to purchase tickets separately with their own email addresses. Please note that the Graduation Ceremony and Celebration is purchased separately.

Are there any accommodations available for out-of-town attendees?

Yes, we have partnered with Outrigger Properties and Springboard Properties to provide you with beautiful and convenience accommodation with up to 20% off the regular price. After purchasing your event ticket, you can view the Accommodation page under ‘Travel & Activities’ on the main menu to view the special offer links and coupon codes.

Will there be merchandise available for purchase at the event?

Yes, there will be Quantum University merchandise available for purchase.

Is photography or videography allowed during the event?

Yes

Graduation - Frequently Asked Questions

Where will Graduation be held?

The Graduation Ceremony and Celebration will be held at Ka Lewa Lanai in the Royal Hawaiian Center, located in Waikiki.

If I am a past graduate, will I be able to attend and walk at the in-person ceremony?

Yes, all past graduates are invited to walk at the in-person ceremony. You can opt to re-print your diploma and order a new diploma case when you purchase your Graduation Ceremony and Celebration Ticket. You will also need to purchase your Graduation Regalia if you no longer have yours.

Am I Eligible for the In-Person Graduation?

To qualify for graduation and receive your certificate(s) and/or degree(s), students must complete all academic requirements and settle all tuition and administrative fees in full. Students and Graduates can view the instructions and details for Graduation here. Please note, the cut-off date for participation is September 23, 2024.

Can my partner or family attend the Graduation Event?

Yes, you can bring as many family members or friends to the event as you like. When you purchase your Graduation Ceremony and Celebration Event Ticket, you will select the quantity for your party, including yourself.

How much are tickets?

The Graduation Event is $125 for adults, $50 for children over 3 years of age, while Infants under 3 years of age are free. Quantum University Students and Graduates receive 50% off with a special coupon code, this includes both the ceremony fee and the evening luau festivities. Please ask your Student Mentor for this code.

What if my guests only want to attend the Ceremony?

Guests can attend the ceremony for free from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. However, those who wish to join the evening luau festivities with their loved one, will need to purchase tickets. Tickets are $125 per adult, $50 for children over 3 years of age, while Infants under 3 years of age are free.

How do I get to the Graduation venue?

Rideshare: Pick up & drop area for rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are located in Building A Loading Zone on the corner of Royal Hawaiian Avenue and Don Ho Lane.

Taxi: Taxi pick up & drop off is located at Sheraton Waikiki.

Upon arrival, a staff member will be stationed at main access points to guide you to the Ka Lewa Lanai. 

Is Parking Available?

Royal Hawaiian Center has the largest parking garage in the heart of Waikīkī with 7 levels of parking and more than 600 stalls. The parking garage is open 24 hours, daily. Restricted overnight parking. Please see parking office for details.

Parking Entrance: Royal Hawaiian Centerʻs parking garage entrance is located at the intersection of Royal Hawaiian Avenue & Don Ho Lane.

Directions: Royal Hawaiian Center guest can access our parking garage from either Lewers Street or Royal Hawaiian Avenue. From Lewers Street turn left onto Don Ho Lane and enter to your left. From Kalākaua Avenue turn right onto Royal Hawaiian Avenue and enter to your right into the garage.

All event guests will receive an exclusive parking rate: $8 for 10 hours of parking (after 10 hours, standard rates apply).
